Do you translate the text as well?
The technical side and the structure are included. Translation itself is agreed up front so you know what to supply.
Can I add a third language later?
Say so up front if you are considering it and the site is set up for it from the start. Adding a language afterwards to a site that was not built for it costs considerably more work.
Does a bilingual site cost double?
No. The technical work happens once. What is added is the second set of texts and checking them.
