The phone that answers itself

In hospitality the phone rings exactly when it is busy, and whoever does not pick up loses the order. This agent always answers, takes down the order, reads it back to check it and puts the ticket on the screen in the kitchen. The three screens below are a fictional example with an invented restaurant.
